02What this website collects automatically
Nothing. This website does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking technology. We do not build a profile of you and we cannot identify you from visiting alone.
Our web host necessarily processes technical connection data — such as your IP address and browser type — in order to serve the page to you and to keep the service secure. That processing is carried out by [[HOSTING PROVIDER NAME]] under their own terms; see the "Hosting" section below.
03What you choose to give us
The enquiry form and the trip builder on this site do not submit to a server. When you press the button, your browser assembles the details you typed into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send. The message is not sent, and we receive nothing, until you press send inside WhatsApp yourself.
If you do send it, we receive whatever you included — typically your name, the destination, your preferred dates, the number of travellers, and any notes you added. We use it only to answer your enquiry and arrange the trip you asked about.
Please do not send us passport scans, payment card details or other sensitive documents over WhatsApp unless we have specifically asked you to, and never in a public or group chat.
04WhatsApp
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., not by us. Once your message is in WhatsApp, Meta's own privacy policy governs how it is transmitted and stored on their systems. We have no control over that and are not responsible for it.
Messages you send us are stored on the phone or device we use to run our business account, for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
05Why we are allowed to use your information
We use your information because you asked us to arrange travel for you — that is, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then to perform that contract. We also keep booking and payment records where the law requires us to.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
06Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to deliver the trip you booked: airlines, hotels, ground operators, guides, insurers, and the embassies or visa processors for your destination. They receive only what that specific booking requires.
We may also disclose information where a court, regulator or Kuwaiti law obliges us to.
07Hosting
