02This website is not a booking engine

Nothing on this site books, reserves or charges you for anything. The forms here only open a WhatsApp conversation with a message prepared for you. A trip is booked only when we have confirmed it with you directly and you have paid the deposit or full amount we ask for.

Prices, itineraries and availability shown here are indicative and may change until we confirm your booking in writing.

03Our role

We arrange travel services provided by others — airlines, hotels, ground operators, guides and insurers. Where we act as an agent for those suppliers, your contract for that service is with the supplier and is subject to their conditions of carriage or booking terms.

We are responsible for arranging your trip with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a supplier beyond our reasonable control, nor for events outside our control such as weather, strikes, airspace closures, civil unrest or government action.

04Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are per person unless stated otherwise. A price described as "from" is the lowest available for that trip and depends on travel dates, availability and group size.

Payment terms, deposit amount and the balance due date will be confirmed to you in writing before you pay. [[CONFIRM: deposit amount, balance due date, accepted payment methods]].

05Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity, the correct visas, and any vaccinations or health documents your destination requires.

Where a visa is stated as included in a package, we will process it for you, but we cannot guarantee that any authority will grant it. Refusal of a visa by a foreign government is not a fault of ours, and our cancellation terms will apply.

06Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and baggage for every traveller. Where insurance is included in a package, its scope is set by the insurer's policy document, which we will provide.

07Changes and cancellation

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

08Your conduct

We may decline or end your participation in a group trip, without refund, if your behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts other travellers, our staff or our suppliers.

09Content on this site

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here limits any right you have under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.
